Right now Intel offers Xeon E3-1200 and Xeon D family as server class products. In coming months this is going to change as first Xeon D system-on-chips are going to make their debut, namely Xeon D 1521 and Xeon D 1541. Both of these will be launched in the November 2 2015 and these new chips will offers higher clock speeds and support for DDR3 memory.
You can find their specifications at below given links. The PCN says that these processor will come with KR functionality enabled but does not specify on a particular KR feature.

Both of these processors will be making sue of the new Broadwell-DE core and will integrate the newer PCI Express 2.0 as well as Express 3.0 along with USB 2.0 / 3.0 and LAN Ethernet controllers.
